If you are charged with 28-1381, you are charged with a Regular DUI in a City Court, Justice Court, or Superior Court in Arizona.

28-1381 is a Class 1 Misdemeanor DUI, and requires proof of the following:

1) You were driving or in Actual Physical Control of a vehicle; and

2) Your ability to drive was impaired to the slightest degree by the consumption of alcohol, and/or drugs (including medication), and/or vapor releasing substances 


2) While there is any drug or its metabolite in your body

    1. Hi Rick Jockson. Is that the same Christopher Ariano from Ariano & Repucci whose bar complaint was upheld, and was put on probation through the State Bar for employing a law student who couldn't pass the state bar after multiple tries, yet your law firm was sending him to handle all the criminal cases that came into your law firm, without any supervision, leading to inadequate representation, and the law firm basically just taking people's money, feeding them to the wolves, and pleading them out? That Ariano & Reppucci?
